Through various programs and initiatives, we aim to create pathways for their professional development, encouraging continuous learning and improvement. As a result, Plavi tim was proud to sponsor one of the most renowned student competitions, the TVZ Mc2, organized by the Technical College in Zagreb.<\/p>\n<p>In February, we took part in the competition&#8217;s opening ceremony, and in March, the Pitch Day was held at the Zagreb Fair, where students, either in teams or individually, presented their business ideas on the theme: &#8220;The Future Is (Not) Here.&#8221; Following the pitch event, we had the opportunity to introduce ourselves to the students, acquaint them with the Plavi tim, and share insights into our operations.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/inasp.ina.hr\/sites\/plavitim\/blog\/SiteAssets\/lipanj.JPG\" alt=\"lipanj.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plavi tim collaborates with the academic community to provide support and opportunities for young individuals, ultimately paving the way for them to start their careers within the INA Group.
