We are proud to announce that we have received the Employer Partner certificate for outstanding human resources management for the fifth time. Alongside nine other companies within the INA Group, the Plavi tim has once again confirmed its excellence in managing human resources. Active promotion of innovation, strengthening collaboration with the academic community, and developing employee competencies are just some of the activities that the Plavi tim continuously implements and improves as part of its long-term strategy.

All ten awarded companies within the INA Group foster and nurture a culture of innovation through numerous initiatives. Future competencies and programs that enable employees to acquire the necessary skills for future demands and jobs have been defined.
