IDEmiJA is an initiative derived from the Continuous Process Improvement project, which encourages all employees of our company to get out of the routine of daily work tasks and start thinking about how to make them as simple as possible, by improving, shortening and improving the processes they face every day. By proactively changing processes, employees actively participate in changing the corporate culture, contribute to its greater agility and at the same time feel its equal member. In addition to ideas that improve processes, employees can also submit ideas related to organizational change, ideas related to improving employee satisfaction, or any other type of idea. The main idea of ​​the initiative is transparency, so every idea received is published on the internal SharePoint page of the initiative. All employees of the company have the opportunity to participate in the evaluation of the idea, and they can comment and even supplement them. After that, the authorized Commission makes a decision on whether the idea can be realized and in what way, and the best ideas are rewarded.
