Plavi tim collaborates with the academic community to provide support and opportunities for young individuals, ultimately paving the way for them to start their careers within the INA Group. Through various programs and initiatives, we aim to create pathways for their professional development, encouraging continuous learning and improvement. As a result, Plavi tim was proud to sponsor one of the most renowned student competitions, the TVZ Mc2, organized by the Technical College in Zagreb.

In February, we took part in the competition’s opening ceremony, and in March, the Pitch Day was held at the Zagreb Fair, where students, either in teams or individually, presented their business ideas on the theme: “The Future Is (Not) Here.” Following the pitch event, we had the opportunity to introduce ourselves to the students, acquaint them with the Plavi tim, and share insights into our operations.
