The Plavi tim has received another prestigious recognition for embracing and promoting family responsibility and gender equality. As part of the “Parenthood and Career” event, we were awarded the MAMFORCE© LEAD status. Based on various company and employee statistics, HR and employee survey responses, and the action steps provided by the Mamforce team in late 2021, the Blue Team achieved a LEAD status with an overall score of 96 %. In just one year, we progressed through multiple certification levels to reach the highest LEAD status. In addition to accepting the award, we had the honor of giving a presentation on best HR practices related to the consistent application of HR policies and building collegial support in medium-sized IT companies.

In addition to the Plavi tim, certificates were also awarded to our sister companies, INA, d.d. and TRS d.o.o. We congratulate them as well. We would like to express our gratitude to all our colleagues who participated in the survey, as their input is crucial for understanding the actual situation and obtaining measurable results.
