Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a type of process automation through software robots or “digital workers”. Repeatedly, manual tasks are monotonous for people and inefficient for companies. The RPA provides the foundation for diverting people from performing transaction tasks and allows employees to engage in more complex jobs that have added value and ultimately lead to more flexible ways of working and greater employee satisfaction. They enable companies to be cost effective and create competitive business. The RPA team in the INA Group has five years of experience in software robot development and more than a hundred robotic processes. We use UiPath as a leading platform for process robotization, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team involved in their development.
