Web IT catalog is a web application that supports the process of managing end-user requirements for our IT services. It is an integrated system that monitors user requirements from startup to approval and solution. The content of the Web IT catalog is categorized by type and purpose, and the user has the option of placing requests for the assignment, modification or cancellation of more than 250 different services. Upon creation, the request goes for approval to the senior manager and responsible persons in IT. The Web IT catalog allows the user to submit requests on behalf of another person, as well as monitor the status of all initiated requests that are in progress, completed or pending approval. With the introduction of the Web IT catalog, the process of managing and approving customer requests has become faster, more efficient and transparent, and our customers more satisfied.
